    As example, see John Rustad's ouster! It only happened because the party was hurting hard, forcing the executive to loosely interpret the rules to allow them to remove him. The CPBC is not hurting right now! Unless serious rabble-rousing changes that, they'll be happy to keep Doerkson.

    Doerkson will find it easier to stay on, because everyone at the top is happy he's there and won it all for them. Rules tend to be most zealously enforced when those enforcing them benefit and less strictly enforced when they don't. Which makes it sound bad, but this is just how organisations work!
