  Coincido. En RD veo el mismo patrón con clientes que evalúan software a medida: lo que compran no es código exclusivo, es que alguien responda cuando algo falla a las 2am. El código lo pueden clonar, la relación de soporte no.

  Dato revelador. En RD casi todos los clientes con los que hablo asumen que el código cerrado es lo que protege el ingreso. Ustedes llevan siete años probando lo contrario: el soporte, la confianza y la ejecución pesan más que ocultar el código.
