  When I mentioned I had RA and lupus to someone I worked with once, they said I should stop taking the biological I needed at the time and just start taking high doses of turmeric; I told her I wasn’t asking for her advice. I would have needed a pound or more of turmeric daily 🙄

  I've been told by at least three people that I can wean off insulin. I'm type 1 diabetic, and yeah, if I stop my meds it's going to be very easy to concentrate on sleep because I'm going to start getting 24 hours of it a day.
