  My Uncle Mike (he was 10, playing in the street with his friends. Permanent debilitating brain damage) My teacher Mr. Sarver (had to retire early after being hit while walking) My housemate (flew out of the car onto the street and knocked unconscious, somehow survived unharmed)

  I hope the business community takes the time to give the Mayor credit for this win. She is clearly being held to a different standard than other Mayors were/would have been, and this is exactly the kind of budget speech that would receive rave reviews if delivered by a Mayor from another faction.
