Some of the nicest people I talk to at my job are caregivers and a very large majority of them are Muslim Men and Women so it really pisses me the fuck off when racists spout their bullshit when they have no idea how kind Muslims are. They are so sweet, always willing to help and stay longer.

If you have real anxiety that you deal with, I am so sorry. There was a time I used to think ppl were being soft or weak because they couldn’t just “shake it off”, when having an anxiety episode. I can’t begin to tell you how DUMB and NAIVE I was. It is HORRIBLE. I have full and complete empathy ❤️❤️
