Maimonides would advise not to ascribe any attribute to God at all. See The Guide of the Perplexed, Vol. I, Ch. 54. But the passage in Genesis and that in Exodus that Maimonides discusses is that everything in humans is contained in God, so intersex too? Absolutely.
