    The pattern of bike lane “removals” in Montreal is becoming clearer: certain bike routes are turning into parking in the winter. On the positive side, that’s less permanent than actually removing the bike lane. On the negative side, “no one bikes in winter” becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
