  I appreciate that people want a new Mass Effect, but the future where fans advocate for the work itself and not the people who make it is the one the vultures at EA want. If you'll take it however you get it, they can keep treating people who make what you love as expendable.

  one of the skills you need for this job i still don't feel like i've gotten comfortable with after over a decade is that you gotta accept sometimes people are just not going to read everything you wrote and will respond before they get to the thing that acknowledges whatever they're mad about.

  The industry doesn't think we're real devs. Gamers love to trash a game's writing, make compilations of heavy-handed gameplay lines we had no choice about. GenAI further devalues our art, of course. It's coming from literally everywhere.
