    In other words: Ukraine and the rest of Europe need to carry on as they were and assume the US position is won't dramatically change. Hopefully Trump's waive of sanctions against Russia gets reversed; hopefully some new funding. But overall, business as it was.

    For whatever it's worth, the overall picture from sources in Kyiv is that the weakening of Trump could be good for Ukraine, but they are also aware that a wounded POTUS can be dangerous. And while trust is rock bottom with Trump, it's far from perfect with the Democrats.
