I feel myself losing my love for music and teaching. 2026 Sucked. I just want to stop the flashbacks and the constant screaming in my head.

    Nearly six months since I visited a crisis center and I have been passed around between doctors and practices and hospital systems claiming the next one does OCD treatment And you know what? They never do. And then they pass me off again while I fall deeper into the spiral.

    Almost had a panic attack at the dealership, had to do deep breathing in the car to calm down before I could drive home. Got an A on a difficult quiz and took a nap and I'm feeling better
