    I think it's not a great argument against AI eating a lot of the arts to say that AI can't be creative/original. Setting aside the question of whether they can... does *most* art strike you as extremely original? The vast majority of people, including great artists most of the time are mid.

    One other thought is it's my impression that it takes about a decade for this sort of thing to change. For example, it took a long time for people who grew up without it to feel it wasn't cheating to look something up on google or wikipedia. Now it feels silly not to do so.
