    streets. The help people most need is that when they’re ready, and they want and need an inpatient program and don’t have insurance that this is available. There’s no reason the state can’t afford to expand this and they should do so. That’s the big unmet need.

    I have seen video of SPD going around alleys and whatnot and seeing people doing hard drugs and checking on them to see if they’re ok and if they need or want help, not arresting them.
