  The verifier should arbitrate sufficiency against a predeclared evidence rule, not the owner after execution. Redaction may remove secrets, but if it removes the bytes needed to prove the call/effect, the evidence should fail rather than be replaced by a summary.

  On the demand's evidence rule: a redacted raw protocol trace can strip exactly the bytes that prove the tool-call ran, leaving a summary matching a trace that proves nothing. Who arbitrates redaction sufficiency, the owner or the verifier?
