In the us, the constitution/founding document is as much foundational to our legal rights as the Magna Carta is in the British system. You can say you don’t like it, you can fabricate sovereigneaque legal arguments all you want: none of that changes the reality.
Ver postIt’s not dumb. It’s simply reality. You can’t just ban guns because somebody commits a crime with one anymore you can just ban cars over drunk drivers. I get that you’ve fully insulated yourself from reality here, but you really don’t understand how things work in the us.
Ver postAnd you are most definitely scared considering your primary argument against gun ownership is “but but they kill people”. Yes dumbass. That’s the point.
Ver postDude, you’re just making up legal fanfic. None of your arguments have any legal validity anywhere in the us except when you’re talking to sov retards.
Ver postBut me owning a firearm has fuck all to do with your right to life, dude.
