The first time I watched this I was crashing at someone’s house. I was alone in bed with headphones on, watching on my laptop which was on my chest. The room was pitch black and I could sense the lumberjacks moving towards me from the darkness. Incredibly intense.

Naar het Teylers Museum en voor het eerst zijn woonhuis bezocht. Prachtig. Leuke verrassing. Zo'n mooie voordeur en soorten behang. Het kapsel van deze dame uit 1834 wou ik jullie ook niet onthouden.

Something that's worth noting: Do I want Homeric adaptations to employ preclassical Mycenaean armor instead of the classical stuff that almost always dominates? Of course. BUT it's important to note that, say, throwing in folks gussied up in Dendra panoplies ain't NECESSARILY accurate. 1/

We have a few - VERY few - images of armored folks from the era and region in which the fall of Troy that we assume, of the many falls of Troy, is the one in the story. Vases, Wall paintings... fragments of heavily stylized images. We extrapolate from other generally regional, generally period... 2/
