    For the umpteenth time, Garland DID NOT prosecute McVeigh. Joseph Hartzler did. That bureaucrat was a judge and a right winger at that. Garland was a member of the Federalist Society, that's why he ignored trump. When the evidence became overwhelming he was forced to appoint a Special Prosecutor.

    This "well, he's the expert and you're not" kind of argument has more teeth when you aren't posting in the future when his efforts proved to be a spectacular failure that removed one of the defenses against a coup-leader with designs on being a dictator from returning to power.

    He didn't do nothing. He did little. And that was not so much out of incompetence, but a misguided view that directly going after high level Republicans, including the ex-President, betrays DoJ political neutrality and looks partisan.
