They integrated the recovered source master FMVs for Road Rash and a bunch of Wing Commanders, plus community fixes. They also have AI upscaled FMVs 🤮 but they are optional and they were even smart enough to clarify in the trailers that the trailer footage does NOT use the AI upscales.

Not that I endorse giving EA money, but they just dropped a treasure trove of classics on Steam. They also posted a story of some dedicated people who managed to carve out a safe space in EA's corporate dungeon to do some passionate preservation work. store.steampowered.com/news/app/199...

democrats winning texas is absolutely huge for the anti ai / ai regulation movement, this is essentially nightmare scenario for ai and data center developers as they’ve been trying to build out the state so heavily in the last few years
