    My prediction is that there will still be these kinds of customer service/spreadsheet jobs in the future but it will either for things that are too critically important to trust to machines (like keeping track of money) or for white glove, concierge type services for rich people.

    I declined to book at highly regarded specialist in my city because of their AI agent who answers the phone. Office sounds in the background, odd attempts at empathy, then said to look for a text to book. Text came through with a link to some app. Yeah, halll nah.
