I live in Seattle, too. I walk around my neighborhood nearly every day. Since I started doing this 14 years ago, I noticed it really helps with ''the big dark''. There's always something growing. It's really cool.

Honestly, I want to swap the current weekday timetables with the ones for the weekend. Weekend trains are consistently packed - even the evening ones. I consistently get one of the last trains of the night to myself on weekdays (excluding Friday). Pre-COVID, Saturday was its own timetable.
