    I was pretty nervous about heading to BFC, but it turned out to be the best con experience I'd ever had. It was genuinely healing. I don't feel I struggle with shame over my kinks, but I haven't often felt connected with my community. Seeing so many of you in person helped move the needle on that.

    Been doing cons for 30+ years. The inevitable growth of furry means a lot of things are going to change, and some of that change does not enhance the con experience. My first BFC reminded me of what cons CAN be, when they aren't overcrowded and everyone is friendly and respectful of everyone else.

    I met so many new people, didn't get ghosted even once, people actually were excited to interact with suiters, had deep amazing conversations with strangers.. Sorry other cons, but I don't think you're matching up to the experience that BFC offers. Which is a shame, because it's truly amazing.

    The last thing I want to say is that anyone still holding onto negative stereotypes of babyfurs or kidsfurs, you really need to check yourself and open your mind and heart, stop focusing on what squicks you, because you're not only missing the point, but you're missing out on some incredible people.
