  The Peggie case is about a woman who had previously suffered sexual assault and was uncomfortable with a male in the female work changing room because she was concerned she had menstrual blood on her trousers and wanted to change in privacy. Upton is an adult who found her distress offensive.

  Well, sudden flurry of people blocking me...I can guess why...it's for posting info about the ongoing court case of Sandie Peggie, a Nurse defending her legal right to a safe space, ie female changing room, at the hostpital in Fife who're defending Dr Upton, and who suspended HER a yr ago

  What Sandie Peggie is been put through, in this process, is horrendous. Having to explain why a woman, who has previously been sexually assaulted, doesn't feel comfortable sharing a changing room with a man. Not to mention, she lost her job and not the entitled man, who violated that "safe" space.
