  4. Ignore “analysts forecasts” related to the ruble. They’re often wrong. Note: If you’ve got a thermometer and you know it’s been giving you wrong readings you DON’T continue to use it, you toss it. It’s the same idea.

  And this does reflect a country that will be rebounding anytime soon. Yes, they may receive some benefits from the current situation, but I don’t think people realize how bad the situation is overall.
