    I have terrible news, y'all. The Ninth Circuit issued a stay on Judge Hinderaker's order to return Ahmed Soliman to the U.S. The trip, scheduled for tomorrow, is off. ICE's delays and deception worked. For now. Devastated for Soliman. I just hope he can hold on. tucson.com/news/local/b...

    This is such garbage! Like with my client Davey Hearn or Jim Comey, AG James, the sandwich thrower & MANY others, the Trump admin is openly abusing criminal powers for political purposes. Fed & state courts have ruled that the ballot is legal. No normal admin would be doing this on election day.

    Two things can be true: 1) the unrestrained MAGA trifecta some described as a decisive socio-political shift may be a short blip in the end, and 2) just two years of this were enough to end the American century, reformulate the post-WWII global order, and do irreversible damage to our civil society
