I think it is worth noting that before social media and YouTube artists had to go to places like CalArts and those that wanted to teach themselves had to buy overpriced how to draw books with not so great authors that were good at drawing. And limited resources on anatomy. I didnt forget that shit.

The only argument I see against this is always "well then people will just lie about AI use" which: 1- They already do bc of the stigma 2- This is already true about nearly every rule that's ever existed anywhere. This is why courts exist. People act like lying is some new problem to solve.

Looking through the "No AI" tag on @itch.io and I unfortunately have to say: Your artwork, your promo, your page, your prototypes, your concept work are all also packaged into whether or not you used AI. I need there to be actual consequences for this type of choice. No AI means none at all.
