#RAERWhisky It was great to try the bourbon dram as my prior tasting of the inaugural gave me little sense of the spirit. I'd like to see how it ages, but also try it with some more subtle finishes - the sherry bomb was a BOLD move! Really enjoyed the tasting - thanks Steve & Thanks Jackton 🥃

#RAERWhisky the Inaugural Single malt is good. Really enjoyed it. For me, the blended (40%) is a miss and against others in price category, doesn't stand up. The 5yr old, again, needs time, maybe some cask work. Look forward to see what they bring going forwards. Thanks as always Steve. Top work!

Inaugural Finish: short, savoury and meaty Reduction: a little water adds winter spice (cinnamon and nutmeg) to the nose, while the palate gains sweetness with toasted (and slightly burnt) marshmallow #RAERwhisky
