I guess I'll keep using my Flip 2, but my enthusiasm for emulation handhelds in general is just heavily dampened, knowing the current state of software All I can say is given the recent blue sweep, I hope they regulate the fuck out of these companies

It just sucks, y'know? I'm not even touching upon the quality of the output, but moreso that there's no sense of social responsibility among devs, especially considering how everyone fucking hates the tech and what it's doing to the world right now

It's bad. we all know this site's slopped up, but even Linus Torvalds is apparently all-in on this, stuff like git and the Linux kernel is tainted, to say nothing of everything from mpv, VLC, LibreOffice, all major web browsers, cmake even fucking ffmpeg we are turbo-fucked

I do apologize for the minor crashout over realizing a good chunk of the Android emulation scene is using LLMs for dev. I have now realized that a good chunk of open source software dev in general is using LLMs for dev and its making me feel like all software devs collectively drank the kool aid
