An ancient font in upland Wales above the Gwydir forest. Simple, square and solid, the font at St Rhychwyn’s, Llanrhychwyn, is thought to be as old as the church (part 12th century); but it could well be connected to an older church on the site. There’s an astonishing atmosphere here. #FontsOnFriday
