In 2023, 98% of fellows at NIH, including me, voted in favor of unionizing. In 2024, our group of 5000 workers ratified a union contract with the agency. This past March NIH said they planned to file a petition to no longer recognize the union. Today this petition was dismissed 🥳🥳🥳
