Brixham Harbour this afternoon, a horrible east wind had probably blown perhaps the first of the Great Northern Divers to arrive here this year. Up in the sheltered woods at Berry Head: Firecrest in amongst a flock of Long-tailed Tits. Candlesnuff Fungus Xylaria hypoxylon growing on dead wood.
