Yeah I was talking to someone yesterday who got a PHEV to cover like 30-40km a day rather than spending less on a cheapy LEAF and keeping their other car (which would have been more convenient for their household) for longer trips

A lot of the issues is that oil have run an effective smear campaign and people are thinking evs are like 2025 level shit still I've seen this personally at green expo's giving people rides in my ev They dont expect it can go to places that are 40-50km away or go up hills etc
