I changed my diet, started intermittent fasting, started walking thousands of steps a day again, and started taking a daily multivitamin all at the same time. I don’t know which of these is giving me the energy of Sonic the Hedgehog, but it’s gotta be at least one of them.

It’s disturbing how decades of beliefs about nutrition were pushed by people wanting to sell you sugar. That sort of thing still happens, but it’s easier to call it out, at least.

I guess I should say ULTRA COMBO processed, as, y’know. Plenty of healthy foods were processed in some way (hi, Greek Yogurt). It’s a good general rule due to various potential ingredients added and how some processing affects final products (how it’s digested, removal of beneficial things, etc).
