Dreaming of Dungeon Master... Porting the Atari ST classic to the Super Famicom in 1991 was such a big deal that its cart contains unique hardware: a DSP-2 chip that (among other things) converts Atari ST bitmaps to SNES bitplanes on the fly. 📖: Comtiq, April 1992.

Here's the Super Fami cover. Overall, I feel the PAL/US's cover conveys more of the gameplay feel and the claustrophobic nature of its dungeon.

This was the first version of Dungeon Master I ever played, a US version that I played on my SNES with a converter. It sadly has no mouse support (and no hack yet to add it if it's possible), but it's definitely not a deal-breaker to use controller and it's a lovely version in its own right.
