I sent this to my (male) partner who has struggled with fibro since his early 20's. He taught me a lot about coping with a chronic illness (for me it's Dysautonomia)

I'm on both Vyvanse & Ritalin for ADHD. I take one in the morning & the other mid-day. It's been very helpful at work. Today, I couldn't seem to use my brain & hand/eye coordination was fucked. I was almost in tears by the end of the day. I feel like I asked stupid questions all day. Ugh.

I had another rough day at work. I made the same mistakes I made yesterday. At least I fully understand why they were mistakes & the correct process. Everyone was in a hurry to leave yesterday, so my coworkers told me incorrect information & didn't explain the procedure. I need a vacation. 😂💤
