Another thing was that I had hardly ever dreamed before. Now I’ve discovered that L-tryptophan helps with this. My dreams have become very vivid. Entire movies. 😂

The whole system has gone haywire. I’ve had so many problems with my digestive system over the past three years! It weakens the immune system, causes major problems, and led to a very severe ear infection (requiring hospitalization).
