I think its mostly commonly "bad ones", such as free vpn ips or similar that are commonly used for ill intent. Since your using a custom proxy i assume and on AWS(?), companies cant really easily block that tbh, since too many legitimate services use AWS.
Post anzeigenOh, definitely, its just most companies arent great at creating specific firewall rules for that without doing something like breaking a dependency that legitimately uses something on AWS. Especially when its so easy to rotate IPs on aws (tools like fireprox), they would need to block them all
