Post anzeigenIt was the way the poor dog kept looking at the treats.. Dog Rescue mom here. When one of mine learn a command it means a treat, not always food. I noticed, like anyone, they love praise and attention. The cat.. not so much
Post anzeigenYeah, it did go on a bit too long. She immediately established that she listened to the commands. I'm a cat mom but I was like GIVE THAT DOG THE TREATS ALREADY!!
Post anzeigenExactly.. ask, obey then reward. But repeating over and over while the rewards are there and not giving the pup any is like telling a kid they can have the "treat" in front of them if they do "A" then telling them to do "B", then "C" then A then B again and again.
