That's what I mean, easier things that the brain to fallback on, the energy to be considerate, bad habits etc. Developing kind habits helps, but also yeah, I'm exhausted by those who take advantage of it too. But being a little consistent makes it easier to fall back on nice wording. I try too.

Being nice and then being hurt. I open up and take the time to be a bit better but then get attacked for it. I think hard about not wanting to be bad all the time but I often get to the point where I ask why, and slowly stop caring. I wish I was a superhero with that power to make the world nicer.

It's hard to just be vulnerable too. I'm just waiting to get hurt eventually. I feel so bad about it. My warmth and joy of care is locked behind just a few words. I'm just waiting for a whimsy that feels excited to see me or something. Not like, I'm just being put up with. Maybe I'm their lab rat.
