Post anzeigenWeary frustrated fixed-term ECR post: please stop defaulting to telling us to apply for grants 'for' 'ECRs' or 'postdocs': the eligibility window post-PhD on these is tiny (usually 3 years). Also you cannot apply for most decent-sized grants unless you already have an open-ended post!
