I don't have a big lesson or learning here. I just want the world to be better and kinder and not leave people in such desperately bad places. I wish my life was so different. And maybe I can make that happen. But I exist under a huge weight. And it is hard to escape.

I normally try to be very hopeful, despite everything. I believe in people and their ability to support and care for each other, and for the impact of that to ripple out. I am glad I didn't succeed as that could have rippled in entirely the wrong direction.

But I don't know how life gets easier. And maybe it can't. Maybe it's meant to be hard work. Maybe I need to make some big changes and take some big risks. Maybe it's lots of small changes. Maybe meds stuff will help. Maybe one day things will just fall into place.

If you want to help, I have no idea how. People are offering support and I don't know how to receive it or what to ask for. I wish I was better at asking and knowing what I need. But it is hard. I know I am loved and cared for and valued and appreciated.
