If I'd only managed to do Suilven from Inverkirkaig this week I'd have considered myself very lucky indeed. It is November after all! But to get weather like this on multiple days has been beyond my wildest hopes. Still got a day left, so now pondering whether to have a quiet one or go big again 😉
Post anzeigenA looooong, sunny (and windy!) trudge to the summit of Suilven.......in just over 4 mins 🙂 When I last visited the hill 20yrs ago I did the easier route from Lochinver. This time I opted for the quieter, longer, rougher route from Inverkirkaig. It's also the sunnier side of the hill! 😎

Post anzeigenI think from my untrained view that if we get stuck in a pattern of weather over the coming Winter Months it might be hard to move on, that might be more favourable for colder weather. Whatever happens I find it fascinating to watch the models.
