It's Blackletter, classed as "Old English" but is derived from 11th century calligraphic hands; Fraktur uses Germanic 16th century letterforms. Fraktur uses more free flow of line; Old English styles are more block / vertical American fascists use Old English as a plausible deniability dogwhistle.
