Post anzeigenWhile I don't like that people feed their stories into AI... I don't think it would be a publication since it's not being released to a "public." Maybe it's pedantic, but I think it's a decent metric. The only counter argument is that AI can perfectly reproduce texts fed into it when asked.
Post anzeigenIn theory you're not trying to publish it for an audience, and, again in theory, as data in a training set it shouldn't be available for an audience, but we all know what the theory is worth
Post anzeigenIt shouldn't, IMO - the chances of the AI directly reproducing your story for anyone else to read are low - but I would certainly not recommend doing it. Both for ethical reasons and because there have been cases of AI, for example, giving spoilers for unpublished books that it trained on.
