The question I really want answered is therefore whether this reflects priorities of anyone making operative law enforcement decisions (which would be very concerning), or if they somehow were placed in a situation where they felt they had to act or be liable.

Thus, the actual *choice* to prioritize a suspicion here is out of touch, whether or not it was grounded in anything.

I cannot say if any person from the meeting might be prosecuted for anything in connection with this, and on what grounds if so. Importantly, however, this is in any case disproportionate to the point of hypocrisy and motivation.

Making no statements on whether or not any DIY distribution would have occurred there (I have never attended and so have no reason to believe it would), the raid seems both ridiculously excessive and unmotivated vs an info event.
Post anzeigenThus does not rule out possibility of malicious report. The Turkish embassy demo was wholly unrelated. However, once the raid took place, a support demo was assembled outside and was there for a while until the orga requested it move to not aggravate the situation.
