    There is NO WORLD in which we can allow people to say "oh, he's showing symptoms of x, y, and z" and then use that to retroactively excuse his moral depravities. We are going to need to be MILITANT in saying, no, he may be mentally unwell but that does not excuse the harm or negate his evil.
