And whether you think it's a super cool format or not, the fact is that you are not posting in a cultural vacuum. A lot of people immediately recognize this as a format most commonly used by Nazis and are going to immediately feel alienated before even processing the content itself.

Since a lot of folks seem genuinely confused: what makes it fashwave is the way it uses VHS captioning-styled text over historic images. It's not the *content* of the images or the text. That's why I used the word "aesthetics" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fashwave
