    I don’t care whether you’re following a Vegan, Carnivore, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30 Mediterranean diet, whatever. If you’re focusing on nutritious, unprocessed foods, your health will improve compared to subsisting on ultra processed junk. And yet this is universally discouraged.

    It’s as if no matter what diet you choose, you are pressured to return to eating ultra processed foods that produce huge profit margins for food companies. Isn’t that strange?

    When your diet is focused on unprocessed, whole foods, regardless of what your dietary ideology is, you will be called a loon. You’ll be told you’re going to die from deficiency. Why is this?

    If a person eats nothing but fried chicken, whey protein powder, shredded cheese, chicken nuggets, taco meat etc they’re eating primarily animal products. But people eat like this all the time and it’s not unusual. But if someone only eats meat, eggs, whole dairy, and fish?
