Sitting in the studio unexpectedly crying now, because out of nowhere the project director for Re:Zero stops by to grab their lunch, but takes a moment specifically to tell me that each time they quality-review the mix for an episode they go “thank GOD Sean is Subaru”. I’m so ridiculously grateful.

Season 2 leans a little heavy into the exposition and lore building, but if S1 is making you go OMG then you simply are not prepared for the sheer quality of S3 and 4
