Post anzeigenAndroid has the same thing: add &referrer=utm_source%3D... to the Play listing URL and Play Console reports it under Tracked channels (UTM). Your QR already lands on your own page. That page is the multiplatform part: one tagged store link per platform behind the button.

Put one behind the download button, a separate tag per shop. Someone who reads the bookmark and then searches the store by name stays invisible.
