we've all gotten in too deep with a lie & its common for people to vehemently deny it for self-preservation. But even now most of this apology is you rationalizing with "what is an artist, really?" & justifying your art as anything other than genAI that you scribbled on top of & lied to your friends

you say your work isnt fraudulent but it is; you presented yourself in a fraudulent way, took commissions under false pretenses, and represented yourself as a non-ai artist in a hand-made art community. thats one thing, but to then double down & gaslight your friends who trusted you is what gets me!

most of this thread is just you rationalizing to yourself how to still feel okay about generating images that you drew on top of, took FULL credit for, and you're still technically taking credit for the ai aspect by staying so vague about it & using words like "assisted" when its clearly mostly AI
