At least, the practical issues for an MMORPG that has 10+ years worth of story, where the pace is largely determined player by player. So someone whose been playing since 2016 has a different experience of MSQ than someone who started in 2020.

Honestly I'm just glad he outright said it, as well as the practical issues of trying to decide on a "hard" time frame. The Time Bubble was always kind of a nothing answer, even when they first said it. The exact timeline can be as long or short as you want!

dawntrail has valid criticisms for pacing and even I know and see that. but they're tackling the wrong issue. as a creative and a writer, I feel like I'm going insane here

dawntrail is my favorite expansion, the first arc alone, and I've screamed it constantly the last two years pushing depictions of culture and daily life to sidequests alone is a failure of storytelling, it feels like they're punishing people who actually care while coddling the "woke lamat" losers
